Have been shopping there with no issues for ages, had great experiences previously. But recent experience would recommend others perhaps to try elsewhere for better customer service. Never had to do this with any other store, but contacted them to request to b taken off their mailing list.

I wouldn't go anywhere else! Chris and his team are absolute professionals and wonderful to deal with. Well priced and always an immaculate job.

We are long-time clients of Underwood Jewellers. Have always found them to be thoroughly professional, courteous and polite and willing to help with any enquiry. Their made-to-order jewellery surpasses all expectations. An absolute delight!

We used Underwoods for our engagement rings a few years back and are ow getting our wedding bands through them as well. All the staff are friendly and will bend over backwards to help you get what you want for whatever your budget is. They really listen to you and make helpful suggestions when you're describing what you're looking for, and their jewellery is unique and of a much higher quality than anything you will find in a generic chain jeweller.
