Had to wait extra 30 mins for car , on top of original 90 mins. Maybe need more staff?

Disgrace! Arrived and have been told that it will take about an hour to finish the car (simple wash and vacuum). After 45 mins came back and my car hasnt been even touched and was all this time at the same parking lot I parked it before I left! COMPLETE TIME WASTE! DO NOT GO THERE! No apology - just "we busy". As if I have all day there waiting until my car will get washed! If you busy WHY did you take the car at the first place and wasted almost one hour of my time while I was busy all day! DO not go there if you want to waste your time! Complete ignorance and disgrace!

I’ve had my car washed there many times. Always friendly and they do a great job. I had the leather seats scrubbed and conditioned recently and they look great. Prices are reasonable for the quality of work. Thoroughly recommended.
