Glutes should be on trend for more than just their aesthetic.
Having strong glutes should be a priority for both men and women. Because gluteal benefits include lower body stability, less back pain, safer running strides and better technique in lifts like the deadlift and squat.
Glutes are used for much more than looking good, although they are that too😏

How we look in the mirror is far less motivating than how well we perform.
Our looks come and go.
We only need to have a weekend of bad eating and all of a sudden we look and feel bloated.
... And then the self criticism begins.
For most people this kind of (common) behavior leads to ups and massive downs in motivation and self esteem.
It can be very self destructive and often result in people giving up on their body image driven health and fitness goals.
It doesn’t have to be this way.
Why not change our reasons for training?
Using skill progression as our motivation is a far more positive and rewarding reason to exercise.
We stop worrying about the way we look and start feeling good about ourselves again.
And then something amazing happens ...
As we progress in skill we also tone up, build lean muscle, get stronger and more flexible in the process 😃
The image based good Ask that so many people join the gym for but fail to reach time and time again become a natural side effect of our skill progression.
This summer let's change the way we approach exercise and start focusing on what new skills we want to learn rather than what we want to look like.
It will keep up the motivation to train consistently and see some serious results.

We often ask, do daily habits align with current goals?
When we choose the quick fix, the results are much harder to maintain. The fastest option is often the least sustainable.
By aligning daily habits with goals, we are far more likely to achieve long lasting results.

What are you neglecting that you know needs improvement?
Choosing to ignore our weaknesses can result in injuries when we’re trying to push ourselves the most.
Going all out for our goals is good in theory, but laying the ground work first, for a strong stable body, is much more important. It may not be where you want to start, but it will mean the difference in short and long term results.

User

Be patient with the journey ... turn up, do the work and understand that it’s not going to be a straight line to success.

User

When considering how you should perform a lift, its first important to understand your body. More importantly, your bodies anatomical limitations.
A good strength coach or personal trainer should adapt movements based on the individual.

User

Are you prepared to do the work that is required to get you to where you want to be?
Creating true quality of movement, (of life) requires hard work, discipline and consistency. If you want to achieve your goals, you gotta be prepared to do the small things every day that will lead to success.

User

Unity-V recording today was epic!

Have you achieved the quality of life that you wanted? If so, did you work hard for it … or did it come easily? The real question is, what are you going to do to keep it?
Energy, vitality, dexterity, health, wealth and motivation are all in a state of constant change.
Nothing remains the same … unless you put the work in to keep it, your quality of life is slowly dying … along with your body. Don't ever take your life for granted.
... Never settle.
You're powerful.
Be accountable.
If you're unhappy get busy changing! If you're happy get busy maintaining! It's your life … it's your responsibility.

For as long as I can remember the consensus has been the same … keep your back straight when you lift.
Especially when we squat or deadlift.
Was it wrong?

NEW YOUTUBE VIDEO 🚨
We were excited to make this video, simply because the feet and calves are so often neglected, resulting in Plantar Fascitis.
It may not seem like much at the start, but left untreated can become more and more painful.
... If you suffer any pain in your heels or feet, this video is for you!
No part of the body should be forgotten, each muscle should be moved, stretched and strengthened no matter how big or small.
