Unsw Fitness & Aquatic Centre (Unigym)

The staff is unhelpful and totally disinterested. This facility is very poorly managed. Had an ongoing problem with this guy following me around and staring at me. A creeper. They did nothing to deter him, told to find another gym if I felt uncomfortable. So much for UNSW policy on harrassment !!! He's a big guy wears Vans or Hurleys tees / Black Nikes / Black shorts/ balding back of head / short cropped black hair /blue eyes - name is Matt.

i swim here and its great. If only there were more parking spaces....

The worst gym Ive ever trained at, along with the worst customer service. Do not join, the gym has broken equipment and is constantly overcrowded as well as disgusting customer service from staff and management.

Terrible customer service experienced at reception of uni gym with a female staff at 3 PM June 6 2017. There is no hair dryer available in winter time when people easily catch cold with wet hair in the wind, and here is what the staff at reception said when I ask if there is a hair dryer I can borrow: "not all the pools have hair dryer...you can bring your own...I have three kids and they never had a problem without hair dryer....well, it is not my problem"...I have been a customer of the uni gym for 10 years and it is not the first time the hair dryers are not working, but I was shocked for the first time by such unfriendly attitude. The uni gym is not charity and we are fee paying customers. Something must has went wrong in the system and something really needs to be fixed!

Terrible customer service.... worst I've seen for a while. Staff try to avoid serving people, seem inconvenienced when asked a question. Searched Website for updated public holiday classes or pool opening hours - couldn't find any information. Reception doesn't answer..... wouldn't join again or recommend it.

No customer service. Yesterday, 3 people at the counter but only one was serving the customers with a long line. I could see the other two were just trying to ignore the customers. I don't know why this centre promotes big discounts time to time but never manage their staff. One day, 4 people were busy right infront of me to chat when I was waiting to be served at the counter until I had to call them. One star rate is for the lady who was doing her best to do her job.

Doesn't worth it. Messing old manual membership system not helping you saving money. A website could be better. Also, the facility is decent but not to the expected level. I wouldn't recommend it to a friend or family.

Clean, latest machines and friendly staff.. can you please fix lockers its wasting lot of my time

I have found the reception staff inadequate.
No one takes the initiative to serve customers as the line gets bigger as staff stand there staring into monitors.
This is an assessment of many weeks of coming here. It's very sub standard and a direct reflection of management.
