This is the worst Medical Centre I have been to. I have never been there before, I had to stop driving and come in because I had double vision, felt like I was going the vomit and either was going to be helped there or go immediately to the hospital.

The main receptionist was lovely I might add she was extremely nice and have nothing against her. .

After I was taken into the nurses office to wait for the "First available Doctor" I had waited over 30 minutes to even be asked by the nurse how I was feeling. Supposed to be checking for vitals and what not, I couldn't see firstly and was finding it hard to hear with a splitting migraine, the nurse said sit on the chair I saw the bed to be the closest thing to sit on and just assumed it was the bed. Then she quickly snapped and said NO I said the chair.. Jesus take a chill pill.

Got my blood pressure done and blood sugar checked. No mention of a doctor soon no mention of anything or even to check on me. I was offered 1 cup of water the whole time I was there and was quite dehydrated.. Anyway

A new person who had walked in the door after me had got a test done on her lungs, was finished that in 1 minute hadn't seen a doctor yet, the nurse called over the phone to one of the doctors and they GOT SEEN Immediately! What a Fu***** joke. I asked oh could u Please tell me when I will be seen it's getting worse. Oh sorry we don't know, doctors were at lunch when you came in and your a walk in so the doctor will see you when he is free we can't give you a time! Even though they just did it right infront of me!

This disgusting service don't go here if you value your health or sanity.

Be aware this is the first post I have ever written on Google Feedback and I have had a gmail account for over 10 years, so they defiantly have left me with an everlasting impression that I had to take note of for everyone.

Also, no practise manager or director available on the day for escaltion, obviously not run very well with no level of esclation at all throughout the business absolutely pathetic.

I am a Katoobaite in that I went to school there, left and came back to live there once more then left again. I have been attending this medical Centre since it first opened and seeing the same Doctor for 28 years (well before the Centre opened), travelling from wherever I happen to be residing at the time. I now travel some 4 hours each way to see my wonderful doctor. I would neither change my Doctor nor the Medical Centre -- all the Staff are efficient, polite, courteous and welcoming whether one is booking for an appointment, arriving for an appointment, attending a long or quick appointment. I personally would give them all ten stars or a hundred stars but then, I suppose as the ancient Greet phillosophor Aesop once said "You cannot please all people all the time, you can only please all of the people some of the time and some of the people all of the time."

I'm a new yet very fussy patient and medically well educated. I found the reception staff to be helpful, friendly and efficient - they are busy which I expect at a good practice. I was allocated a GP who totally suits my needs and personality. He spent nearly an hour with me getting to know my complex medical needs. He showed that he cared and was interested in getting to know me and my very rare disease. It can be hard to find Drs willing to take on patients with rare diseases. He didn't show any hesitation. I also needed to commence diabetes treatment. The Dr had me signed up with Diabetes Australia within a few hours. He even called to provide me with further instructions. Being a fussy patient I don't suffer fool's lightly especially when it comes to medical experience and application. I was totally at ease and my new Dr has already shown initiative that I have only come to expect from a good caring and knowledgeable medical practitioner. 10 points.

The doctors are good but the reception staff are rude and unhelpful. I am still waiting on test results that I was promised this morning for my two year old son who has been sick this week even though I called four times today. This shows their level of care for their patients.

Excellent support. Always on time and helpful

Best medical practice I have visited. Service was fantastic, efficient and friendly and bulk billed. I watched the staff and they handled each patient with respect and concern. The dr was young and engaging. I believe if anyone had a problem with this centre it must of been their problem, not the service they received.

User

Very long phone wait time, have to predict when you will be sick as its usually longer than a weeks wait to see someone but the doctors are great.

I have always found front desk staff polite and helpful. But I would complain most vigorously about the very long time it takes a call to get through because said staff are invariably busy with patients. The practice needs to employ someone to exclusively monitor calls, which will also take some of the pressure off reception.
