He has worked extensively with elite and Olympic level athletes (esp. professional and age-group triathletes, adventure racers and runners). He has recently relocated to Uralla with his wife Rebecca who grew up in country NSW. He has a special interest in difficult and unresolved complaints and has previously sat on the assessors panel for the chiropractic registration board as a peer review chiropractor. He is a highly skilled manual adjuster and has extensive experience in both western acupuncture, dry needling and core stability skills. He enjoys mountain biking, running, adventure racing, hiking, camping and water sports. He is a qualified health and well-being coach, meditation teacher and group facilitator. He is passionate about real health and well-being, with a balanced caring multi-disciplinary approach.

Colin uses a combination of skilled manual therapies, western acupuncture and targeted rehab exercises to help you attain beeter health, fitness, strength and biomechanical efficiency irrespective of your age. He has an affinity for treating complex or unresolved spine related issues. He’s had special training in core strength and spinal stabilisation. For patients, this means Colin provides the treatment that leads to improved mobility as well as the guidance that teaches patients how they can strengthen their spine and bodies core stability and thereby lessen the likelihood of recurring problems.
