1. 10 minutes in, no menus (the place had 1 other table there)
2. Ordered two dishes, one arrived after 40 minutes. The other one arrived after 25 minutes, so we awkwardly sat there - swapped turns 'watching' each other eat.
3. Quality+Quantity to Price Ratio - not great/subpar. Food you can make at home. Didn't feel worth the price in the slightest.

Overall, long waits, subpar food and it's expensive. Sorry VLounge, you tried.

Oh but 1 star for the ice cream. It tastes good, but not worth the price lol.

Variety of options continually changes through the menu, and sometimes knocks the best food/drinks out. Although still does a great job with service and quality.

After the menu change and hiring of 12 year olds as waiters/waitresses to stay under their budget and pay them $6/hr this place has turned to trash. Giving this place 1 star is much more than they deserve. The new staff have no idea how to give even average customer service. I asked what something on the menu was and he mumbles “I dunno”. My mate asked the waitress who’s in charge of the menu and she replies “go ask him” and doesn’t even give eye contact. We ordered the seared barramundi and waited 40 minutes with hardly anyone else there and when the food finally came the fish was the size of both of the workers brains. Definitely never coming back to this hole. The place thinks they’re fancy with their fancy dishes in this fancy new menu and not letting me change sides to veggies cause the chef thinks he’s Gordon Ramsay and worth too much to change the dish to satisfy customers satisfaction.

This place sends out good vibes. Bring your friends and family to have a casual meal where you can just hang out and be social. They also cater to vegetarians as well and they have a wide range of desserts.

Food and desserts are ok in a pinch. Generous portions help increase its value. More of a place to hang with your friends out late than anything else
