V8 Car Wash & Cafe

These guys genuinely seem to care for the cars, they don't just throw mats and stuff around and appear to be careful with your pride and joy

I really used to love this place but it became way to expensive, $45 for basic inside and out for a small sedan wagon.
They still do a good job though.

Overall not happy with the end result, a bit better attention to detail would have been nice.
For the time that i waited and the price I would not recommend this place.

Never had an issue here for the past three exterior and interior cleans. Friendly and prompt service and car looks great upon pick up which says a lot considering we have two kids including a toddler.

Not GOOD.
Asked for a detail clean, they tried to charge me 300, negotiable down to 250 cash.

I told him I need a few small scratch remove with full buff, and he did just hand polish and scratch all remains!!

The owner told me buff may make the car color uneven??? That maybe you don't know how to do it properly! Or just being lazy?

Asked to clean the top, he told me need to do the whole area, guess what. When it's finished, top not even touched!!!

Found several dust still in the car from the back boot, on the side of car seat, etc.. eye on details very poor

Compared to my previous car wash place, was charged 250 with whole buff and detailed clean, even a bit wax service took them 4 hours!!

This V8 car wash, charge me 250 for a one hour service, expensive than a doctor!!

If you ask for a cleaning job this should be fine. If ask for a professional car care? Avoid it! The owner sounds like he know everything but Knows nothing and very rude.

Had my car damaged after wash(scratch), owner came up said he is the one clean this so no way it will happen.

He said he run this 25 years and never happened(like a superman no mistake), and I read two reviews about the same issue within in 6 months, sure there is more.

I went to the back wash area and saw a few dents on the wall and pipes, which tells me there were many cars hit the wall here, if not believe, go back have a look before you drop the car.

There are plenty good cash wash around, AVOID this one!!

I really should read the previous review there was a guy had same issue as me, got paint stripped after the car wash, after paid for full detailing this is what I got.

I argued but nothing happen, the owner is aggressive and rude, talking things unreasonable, feels he has done this hundred times.

Need to fix it with my own cost and time now.

I always take my car there. The service is quite good and they have a nice waiting area inside a cafe. Prices are reasonable. Would recommend to go early morning because it's usually busy.

Charged me extra because my car was dirty which was already overpriced ..didn't even do a proper job.waited over an hour and my Windows were still filthy I could of cleaned it better myself in 20 mins. They asked if I wanted it done again before They even showed me because they knew they had done a bad job. Didn't bother. Would never go back. Wouldn't recommend AT ALL.

Brought my car here for a full interior and exterior clean. When it was done, the rear top spoiler had its paint stripped. Significantly stripped. I pointed it out and was told it was the sun and it was brought in in that condition.

I wasn't in the mood to argue so I left it as that. Now I have to go get it fixed at my own cost.

Conclusion: do not come here

Wanted to charge me double as my car was dirty. How much if I wash it before I bring it in?
