VA Client Solutions was started in 2012 when Vicky identified that working and caring roles sometimes didn't fit the 9-5 working model, she researched working trends and identified that remote work would be the norm in years to come.

Vicky has an extensive working background in Local Government, Training and contracting roles across a broad range, is very adaptable and agile.

Through her own needs she identified lots of other carers who also had skills and expertise but were limited to the standard hours they could commit to due to their caring roles.
