Jessie’s on the Water – Interview with the Chef! Coconut Prawns We catch our cooks and ask them a few questions about their cuisine. What would you like to ask?
Question: Is it just coconut flavouring, or is there real coconut on the prawns? ... Chef: Of course it's real! The prawns have a blended crumb, part panko-crumb and part shredded coconut.
Q: Are they available all year around? Chef: Certainly are. Our coconut prawns are part of our Classics menu - just $12 for members, all year around!
Q: What dipping sauce do you recommend with them? Chef: Well, they have enough flavour to go without, but if you love your dipping sauces, I'd say a classic tartare, or even an aioli.

Food average at best, waited along time for our meals.

Amazing water views from the table we had, unfortunately it wasn’t cleaned and wiped down after we sat down.
