Van Dam Dry Cleaners

They don't care about their customers at all. Their machines and products are very out dated and their customer service is horrible. They dry cleaned one of my suits last month and completely butchered it. They didn't even remove all the stains and it came back to me with horrible creases all over it. I suggested they re-do it for free, as it came out worse then when it came in and one of the staff raised their voice at me in Vietnamese, the other told me to leave.

I should of guessed this kind of thing would happen after seeing the way they store customers precious wedding dresses and suits at the back of the store. It's disgusting. Avoid them like the plague. There are lots of better dry cleaners around the area that know what they are doing.
