Vds Nsw - Vietnamese Dynamic Students In New South Wales

Vietnamese Dynamic Students in New South Wales Incorporated Association (VDS) is a non-profit, student-run organisation established in 1997. The primary beneficiaries of VDS are Vietnamese overseas students and alumni in New South Wales, Australia. The activities of our organisation have enabled wider communities in Australia and Vietnam to achieve partnership, understanding and cooperation. Over the years, VDS NSW has created a platform for Vietnamese overseas students and alumni to interact with communities in Australia as well as connecting them to Vietnam. In addition to addressing the social needs of Vietnamese students, ranging from the prospective students, current undergraduates to alumni, VDS NSW has opened various opportunities for Australian and Vietnamese businesses as well as education and government partners. Our mission is to serve Vietnamese overseas students and alumni in NSW as well as the Vietnamese and Australian communities that we are a part of. With the solidarity and creativity of our members, we are working together to build a stronger Vietnamese overseas students and alumni community who are studying and thriving in Australia and are making positive contributions to Vietnam. We have more than one thousand members on our mailing list and this number is going to increase following our upcoming events this year.
