I’m Veena Gollop – Mobile Personal Trainer, Model and soon to be Skincare Consultant. I am passionate about helping people be their best selves. My focus on holistic well-being enables clients to gain a balanced lifestyle. Good health is so much more than the absence
of illness. It encompasses nutrition, exercise, rest, happiness and spirituality.

As the Fitness Inside Out Trainer of the Year 2011 and 2016, I’m back home to Wollongong after providing Exercise Prescription and Rehabilitation services to people across Brisbane and Sydney for the last 22 years. That’s right, I’m a local Bulli girl who studied locally,
