vegepod came with a piece missing and we were told piece would be couriered. Two days later. Not a word, no phone call no missimg piece.How I wish i had read david mcarthurs review. I would never have purchased this pod.
Now not looking forward to assembly of unit if missing bit ever surfaces.
I agree the parts look very cheap. Just a good concept.
An updated. We found assembly of net cover reasonably easy and the
final product is brilliant. we are very happy with the pod.Turkey, mrs Wallaby and possums are not so happy.
We received the medium size pod from my parents as a Christmas gift. Had some initial trouble with the delivery company but Pam from vegepod sorted it all out. Was easy to set up, works well and looks great on our balcony. Very happy with it :)
