Especially if like me the scales aren’t doing a hell of a lot and your changing body shape actually means even though your smaller, the tape measure doesn’t show it yet because the low hanging belly is moving up! That’s why I love that I’m such a selfie queen becau...se it means I can do comparisons and see where I’m at. This is 4 weeks of working out twice a week with my fabulous trainer @velfitgroup Outside of our training I’ve only been walking. This week I’m going to hit the gym on my own as well and follow his program which should really start to speed up my results. I’m so happy though already - I’m feeling fitter, I’m stronger, even when I’m tired I’m more energized. When I do these comparisons I can see I’m looking smaller - especially my arms/shoulders/neck. I’m getting a waist again. Best investment I’ve made in a long time. My head is in a better place too. Still not 100% there, but in general making more nourishing choices than pleasure ones (well if you don’t count the coffee addiction!). But I’ll get there, one step at a time right, this is a lifetime journey not a quick fix.
