I had my bike serviced at Velofix 3 months ago. The staff were very helpful and professional. My bike is now riding like new since the service. I will certainly be going back to them.

Great service...... My bike is a bit new but I still felt a huge improvement.

A couple of times I have been here, they were a bit rough with my bike and it did not feel the same afterwards and things started requiring repairs afterwards. I paid to have new break pads put in and they were making a lot of noise because they were not angled properly. I had to redo them myself later. I can't say I'm completely happy.

It's always difficult to get honest, practical, helpful advice to improve your performance on the bike. With so many options costing so much money it's easy to spend too much on the wrong things. Ant runs a friendly "family" style shop where they are only too happy to spend the time to understand what your looking to achieve and provide practical options to get you there.

This year when my wheeels failed they were very helpful in resolving the issue quickly and efficiently.
