Ventis

I just want to give credit to the company Ventis since it was installed 3 years ago. I don’t suffer any more coughing during the night and the air has been purified in our house since it was installed. Though there was a bit of mould in our display cabinet maybe it has been closed most of time but I just have to clean every now and ,otherwise it is ok. When it is due for replace the filled they call us. I am very happy with the service. Hope for the future of this company. Keep up the good work.

Great service, had an issue with a part and they came and fixed it and have checked back with me constantly. Really happy. Noticed a huge difference with the Ventis system.

Seriously don't waste your money or time on the Ventis system. Save up some money and get air con instead. It solved our problem completely. We wasted $4,000+ on this useless system. It doesn't cool down the house by much, house is still as damp as ever and our unit broke down after 6 months. When a lady called a few months ago to remind us to change the filter, we expressed our disappointment. The lovely lady referred her manager to ring us to see what they can do for us. He rang after a week and his reply was "OK, sorry to hear about this. Have a good holiday". No joke!!!! Now I have to spend another $800 to have the system removed and patch our ceilings. Thanks for nothing guys!

I've had my Ventis for over 2 years now.

Previously, my house was musty and damp, and I was developing hayfever when indoors.

The ventis product has been an amazing addition to my home, the air is no longer damp and smells great, and I no longer have hayfever - even in spring!

The Ventis team are all phenomenal (from sales to install to support), and continually ensure I am getting the most of my product.
