Our 'smoke and lights' cocktail is the creation of head mixologist Quinton Seeto of JRM hospitality. we booked for December 21st one night I need to cancel for personal reasons and they said I can cancel but no refund we are talking four months out I find this totally unacceptable so my advice is book with a hotel that does give refunds
