I felt I needed to leave a review here as I believe that there is some sort of ulterior motive In many of these reviews.

I have had 3 dogs and a cat who have been in the care of this clinic.

My experiences could not have been more different to the negative comments being left here about the care given to my beloved pets.

An observation I have made in my 37 years has often been that vets aren't necessarily 'people' people. I can understand where some of these comments reflect that Dr Sivaji appeared rude, lacking communication skills, abrupt and so forth. But guess what - if she was a people person, she would have been a Medical
Doctor. (And in most cases they aren't very nice people anyway.)

We're my pets cared for?
Yes.

Was the advice given appropriate to their needs and ongoing care?
Yes.

Did their situations improve after their consultations?
Yes.

Was I provided with the service I expected to pay for?
Yes.

Did she show kindness and compassion To my pets?
Yes.

Did she ask me how my day was or what I was doing in the weekend?
No.

Do I need her to?
No.-that's what I have friends for.

She is a professional and behaved accordingly. I don't need to be her friend. The important thing from this was the care of my pets.

Were my pets adequately cared for, my concerns for them addressed and active follow up provided for their health issues.

Absolutely.

Bottom line, that is all that is necessary.

You need to focus on what you are there for and not whether or not your needs were pandered to. It's not about your needs, but your pets.

As for those complaining about cost. I don't see any difference in price really across the different vets I've visited.

Horrible customer service, very rude and unprofessional. Would absolutely NOT recommend this place to anyone. Also, price was overly high, the veterinarians would rush you and do not really care for the animals.

I do not recommend this vet practice at all! Dr Sivaji was incredibly hostile and unprofessional speaking to us. She definitely did not care for the well-being of my pet. If you would like your pet to be treated by a passionate veterinarian, I don't recommend you bring them here.

I have been there twice in the past - worst experience. If you didn't ask for cost first, you Will be paying a lot as they don't really care about the animals but money. For example nail clipping -a 5 mins job for 2 dogs, they charged me 50 dollors. Be careful if there's any emergency treatment, which can be priced highly unexpected. I heard many dog owners in this area sharing similar stories. Will not go again.
