Excellent service
Gentlemen by the name Munish went out of his way to help and save time and another trip to VFS. He was logical and put the human value to an application rather than treating it as just another document. Good work Munish.
Overall, i was observing the general customer service standards which seemed to be quite in line with Australian standards.

Quick and efficient service. Don't know how to thank them, as they went out of their way to help me out. My kid's passport got expired and mine was about to expire along with our visa. They helped me out by giving both passports within weeks even though both were issued from India. (as per protocol it should take 6-8 weeks).Thanks a lot guys.

Hi All,

I had to go to Fair Trading as Meher from VFS Sydney has charged me $210 extra and insisted it was right. Even though I asked her for proof, she didn't bother. I called up their helpline number but the staff insisted that the fee was rightly charged. It seems like the helpdesk agents are always in a hurry. They don't listen to you, speak very fast and give you wrong answers. I guess the centers are understaffed and overused. So, then, I sent an email to them. But they also insisted that the fee charged was appropriate. Having no other option, I filed a complaint with Fair Trading Department. Thankfully, I got my money back.

Upon entering the Service Centre, you will realize it is very chaotic, with people going here and there and staff looking disinterested. The sort of paperwork that you need to up is mind boggling and just a minor mistake and you have to fill it again. I made a minor mistake in my form, which was clearly their fault. But nobody tried to help me, their server was down and they didn't have any paper forms available (what the hell!).

I got my money back because I was alert, knowledgeable and knew my rights in Australia very well. But I did loose a lot of time and peace of mind.

My advice: Be very cautious while dealing with them.

One of the worst places Sydney. VFS website is the most useless website I have encountered. You can never book an appointment online, customer care number never works, people serving customers are rude and grumpy ,open only till 3pm on weekdays and completely shut on weekends and charge money for every single thing . I hope I never come across these guys ever.

We were helped by Niyati Patel with the applications. She was of great help. I would say VFS has took the feedback seriously and have improved heaps and bounds. The appointment & token system is now a breeze especially in the morning. Niyati was able to process request for 4 us in 20 minutes!
Years ago, I only remember long wait, being asked to get more & more documentations which adds to the no of visits to VFS and delayed processing. It's not like that anymore. Staff suggest alternatives & adapt to meet the situation. I was asked to send the photo via email saving me a visit.

I have visited VFS Sydney several times and in every visit my experience with the Customer Care representatives have been fruitful. In particular, I am very thankful to Meher who has been quick in processing application at both the occasions. I wish her successful career ahead !!

Excellent Customer Service provided by Sarah at Sydney office ( Kent Street, Sydney). Not only she provided full details about the current application, but also how I can track the progress of the application and what the next process will be. She was always more than helpful to answer any queries. It was one of the best customer services I have ever experienced.

Fantastic customer experience. Fast and prompt. The additional assistance provided by Sujay was very helpful. He guided me through the application process and ensured all was in order and accurate for a fault free visa processing.

Upon reading all these reviews I was prepared for the worst. I arrived took a ticket and saw alot of people in front of me. I walked out of the room and was greeted by a man near some laptops. I enquired about doing my application online. He was very polite and suggested he could help me do it for a small fee. I sat down and the whole process took less than 20mins including him taking my passport photo and scanning my passport for the system. Amazing service by Vasco. Just go right next door....dont bother queuing up!

Terible!! Is the only one word to define it.
Only there to rip people off and make money. Inconvenience for customers and very unorganised. This shows what to expect when you travel to india, total third world experiance. Never go there unless you have to, ignorant and arrogant attitude. They better improve service quality and make it more convenient if they want people to visit india .

I had a very positive experience - was in and out in a very short time and the visa was ready within a week. I found staff to be helpful and efficient.
