We planned to have lunch at your restaurant based on your post from 7th August which stated all stores open for lunch. The post is still up as I write this. It takes 40 minutes for our family to drive to Hunters Hill to find out it's not open. It's not good enough to state your store is open for lunch and then not advise that this is not the case. To be told by staff on the phone that "you have updated Facebook" which is a lie, the post is still there, is also not good enough.

Had a booking for a birthday and there was a MASSIVE que out front and no tables for anyone. All the birthday bookings were left in the lurch, such a shame they cant manage the commitments they make. So not cool. Just have it walk in only if your to basic to handle bookings.
