After taking time off from my study to have my little one, I have recently returned to finish my Nutritional Medicine.

I am a mum, a traditional food fanatic, a wild fermenter, a gardener, a weed forager, a lover of bone broths, grassfed meat and organics.

Having worked in the natural health industry for many years managing health food stores and organic store, I am greatly influenced by the work and research of Weston A Price and his contemporaries.

I am a doula, infant massage instructor and advocate for women's birth choices in Australia.
