The place is not very organized.not once were we greeted or asked if we can be helped. Prices are not cheap. There are a number of other kitchen warehouse with better service and better prices.

had the best service, I was looking for a dinner set that i needed and they had none in store but looked it up and saw they had it at their warehouse. So they called the warehouse to see if I could pay for it over the phone and then for me to go pick it up. I was so over the moon they arranged that for me.

Good place to get all your kitchen essentials as well as some nice dinner wear. Prices are good though parking can be difficult at times.

This store is much bigger than the one in the city, and is also much less overrun. Makes for a much more relaxed shopping experience. They have lots of variety, and solutions for problems I didn't even know existed :) prices are good, and people are helpful.

Good place to shop not as crowded as QVB. But range is somewhat limited. The parking is okay. And size is bigger than the main QVB. Place is also wheelchair accessible.

Great prices for kitchenware. Only downside is that they don't have a late night

Great range of products - a little light on service, but the prices speak for themselves.

Crammed full of every kichten object you could think of. At good prices and good quality. Parking is available at the back. But can get very crowded at peak times. Not as big as the Castle Hill one.

Some fantastic bargains here and great range, however no room to navigate as it's extremely cramped and you'll find yourself stopping to inspect an item then realising you are blocking the whole aisle. Parking is cramped also, pretty sure they have made the parking spaces deliberately smaller to get more cars in so forget it if you have a 4WD.

Not as wide ranged like the Alexandria store in my opinion. However, they are spacier & products were displayed nicely like they should. Staffs were nice to show me how to select a set of dinnerwares for a friend's house warming.

Vb Artarmon is now open till 7 most nights. This store is easy to park and there is generally a good range. Avoid trying to impulse buy too much stuff
