Not friendly. Cheap bottles supposedly there for tasting but wouldn't open even the"home label" $10 Penola estate, featured in current catalogue, which was obviously there for tasting, next to the tasting glasses. I spend$1000s at vintage celllars, although much at their online site, but I was treated here as an inconvenience, even though I was the only customer!
