Thursday 17:45pm 21/4/2016 went to this bottle shop to purchase beverages for a family members wake. A male worker rudely spoke to my partner after she apologised for walking into the room next to the beer section assuming it was the cooler room (as that's where it's usually located!) then once at the counter paying for our purchases we were asked for I.D, (not a problem) but then the female attendant made a smart arse comment mentioning that they have to ask people that look above 40. (We are both aged late 20s-early 30s and my partner is a licensee of a pub in Sydney (knowing the law is if you look 25-28 and younger) meaning this is a definite put down smart comment to paying sober customers. Will not buy from here again. Will not promote this failing business. Only continued the purchase not to distress mourning family members any more than necessary.
