Friendly staff and great coffee.

Reasonable selection of hot and cold food. Barista coffee. Decent variety of drinks.

Not a story place but better than sitting around the gate.

Seats not the best in terms of back support

Nice two level lounge with a good selection of food and drinks. The bathroom / shower facilities are clean and modern, but its the premium priority entry that is the most useful. You can skip the general security screening queues as this lounge operates its own exclusively for lounge guests.

Big virgin lounge, clean tidy and plenty space. Good choice of snacks and light meals. Good coffee and alcohol available from 11.00.

Usually crowded but upper level opened when gets very crowded. Has special entry and security screening for Velocity Gold and Platinum members. Good selection of food and beverage. Freshly made espresso available.

Great it is what it is, the other option for people that don't like it is to sit at the gate and check out the selection of food there. Good selection of drinks and food and toilets.

The lounge is very nice and clean but the options for food are limited and mostly unhealthy. Considering Qantas lounge, Virgin lounge is really backwards. For people who can't eat wheat like myself, there's not a great deal of options. I would like to see healthier more substantial foods available for those with allergies as well as everyone who appreciates healthier foods instead of wonder white.

The lounge is nice, well furnished with lots of spaces for people to sit and do their thing. Food is simple with an assortment of snacks and a wide drinks/ juices selection.

Washrooms are small and mostly clean, some have a combined toilet and shower. Staff are friendly. Does need more toilets though - 2 is not enough

Very busy, with a strange layout that makes it tricky to find a quiet spot. Wi-Fi very, very slow.
