The EOI invitations under the Skilled Migration Program have significantly dropped from December 2017. But they should again pick up again as we are now in a new fiscal year as Home Affairs work with the cycle of July-June cycle. There is a cap on numbers how many migrants can be granted Permanent Residency in one fiscal year and at the end of each fiscal year, there is a drop.
On the basis of that theory, you will find there will be more invitations in the new rounds as we h...ave already moved to new fiscal year and we will hear a lot more good news and it could also be a possibility that there will be a drop in points. I had an ICT occupation client in my office yesterday who applied for EOI 5 months back on 70 points and received an Invitation to apply under subclass 189.
I would request you all who have made Expression of Intrest and receiving invitations to share your stories once you receive invitations so others like your self who are still waiting can be motivated and keep the hope.
