The dress was different to when I tried it on to when I collected it later. when I tried it on at home it was broken. Upon calling them they said that it wasn't broken but the straps are detachable and they said I can't return or exchange due to change of mind. After sales service is extremely poor.
I think one can tell if something is detachable or broken. At least have the courtesy to fix it. Would not recommend it to anyone because they will refer to poor quality of the outfit as a change of mind and refuse a return or exchange and ruin your big day. Also when I was trying it on, I was told they would alter the dress as it was lose. However, I was later told that they don't alter.

Thank you for the whole team for wonderful dress for my beautiful wife. Everyone appreciated the hard work and special thanks for alterations and fit to perfection.
