We aim to have our students feeling fitter, gaining strength and confidence through our fun and unique range of Alternative Fitness classes. Including Pole Dance, KONGA, Recreational Dance Classes, Stretch, Strength and more!

Being able to be comfortable in your own skin is a really hard, shitty thing to do, that I love avoiding so much, so I am throwing myself in the deep end and sharing a part of my life that few people get to see. I started pole barely being able to climb and since then I've had so many amazing teachers teach me incredible tricks that I didn't know were humanly possible. A major part of doing anything outside your comfort zone is getting over that steep hill of embarrassment and embracing that No F*cks Given notion and that's what I aim for. (I know I have to block out the swear word my grandma might see this 😂)
