Quality and quantity has gone down significantly! Hadn't been here for a couple of months and thought we would come back for a nice night out. Ordered cheesy chips and chicken wings as we usually do. We were shocked to find our usual meal had been downsized, but not the price. Buffallo wings are much smaller now, and seems to be much Less of them now too. Sauce isn't very spicy anymore either. Buffalo wings are meant to burn! The cheezy fries platter was so much smaller too. Less chips and less cheese. Normally this combo would leave us full and satisfied. It no longer does. Very Disappointed, we won't be coming back. Also it was near closing time and suddenly an overwhelming aroma of chemicals and menthol? Why are they cleaning when people are still eating?? We used to tolerate the terrible customer service from the staff because the food was good but now there is absolutely no reason to return. When I told the waitress about these issues she straight up denied anything in the meals had changed and tried to say they are appetisers and that was why we weren't full. Obviously not true! Why ask for feedback then deny everything we say? Goodbye forever volcanoes. Won't miss you. You have lost two formerly faithful customers.
