WAFF – The new fitness Mantra!

Our aim is to help you improve your balance on three levels: physical, mental and emotional.
A Waff class focuses on core, posture, balance, pelvic floor, coordination & relaxation. All the exercises are carried out on ergonomically designed Waff cushion suited for all ages, body types and shapes.
Fun and effective at the same time, classes are perfect for any level, from seasoned fitness pros to those who have never set foot inside a gym or have experienced a yoga class before.

We focus on:
