Day 3: Very busy day at the charity clinic again! We had more rugby 7βs team coming in for some care. We made our own way out to the village to hand out more charity gear. Plenty more for the kids and Daniel was able to call on some rugby connections and get new gear and rugby balls for the local rugby team! Another very humbling experience to see all the smiling faces! π

Day 2: Great day at the charity clinic in Savusavu! We had 2 of the local rugby 7βs teams come in for some chiropractic! Daniel and Bec then visited the local village to donate all the gear raised from our lovely patients. Plus 30 handballs, 8 frisbees, 8 footballs and 40 rugby jerseys.

CHARITY BOX β½οΈπβοΈβοΈ In 2 weeks time, our Chiropractors Bec and Daniel will be running a 4 day charity Chiropractic clinic on a remote island in Fiji.
We will be donating stationery and sporting equipment to the local schools.
... If you would like to help, please bring along some stationery or sports equipment to your next appointment. You can leave it in the donation box in the waiting room, or with one of our lovely receptionists.
Sports: -Frisbees -Skipping ropes -Tennis Balls -Soccer/Footballs (deflated)

This is another great stretch for someone who sits down for extended periods of the day. Great to do for the lumbar lordosis (curve).
... Walters Chiropractic Tip: 1) Lie face down on the floor 2) Make sure your body is straight and you are comfortable. 3) GENTLY and slowly push up to rest on your elbows. You should feel a light pulling sensation in the abdominal region. 4) You should feel the lower back extend in a pain free range. 5) Hold for 30 seconds and repeat 4 times.
