A great gated car park in Western suburbs of Sydney belonging to Bowling Club can stay and visit for 3 nights only, 2 showers & 2 toilets for $0 no power, $10 per night power for members ($5.00 to join Club)

Drove all the way from Sydney cbd to this place, was looking forward to powered site for a couple days to relax...only to get there and be told we wouldn't be accepted as we are in a van - there is no mention of this on their website, they really should include this in their information as we did do research before going. I wasn't impressed and it felt very much like maybe they are attempting to keep out a specific type of traveller which is fine I suppose as its a club but at least let people know on the website. The lady told us of another parking lot across from the airbase as we had arrived late in the day. We got there only to find the toilets dirty and with seats ripped off and lights not working and insanely loud noise from airforce jets all night. In other words if you're in a campervan and not in a caravan or bus skip Richmond it's an absolute waste of time and petrol.
