This place is a joke released medical details to a grandparents email address who has no parental responsibility for this child or custody. When questioned says they have not broken the law releasing the information to the father which they did not release to father he didn't even have to sign for it. Makes me wonder how many patients info is being released without permission

Very unprofessional in allowing medical records being released to someone other than the parents. And then extremely rude about it on the phone. Will never use this business again or recommend it to anyone. Disgusting behaviour

Dr. Wolf du Plessis has by far the worst 'bedside manner' I have ever encountered. He failed to introduce himself, ask who we were, sanitise his hands, he was patronising, lacked general manners and showed zero empathy. It would appear that he has no desire to help others.

After 3 years of trying to get a diagnosis, seeing nearly every GP in the practice, my workmates, Manager and worst of all my family and me thought i was a hypercondriac. My test results were inconclusive so therefore there can't be anything too wrong. One day my regular Dr wasn't available so i saw a new one. I went in for a review of my antidepressants and came out with pathway to be assessed. Within 3 months i am under a top associate professor from rpa treating 2 cancerous tumours in my liver and on the transplant list. I feel that Dr Ekta Nagarsekar has given me the best chance of a good outcome.
The only reason that i have given this practice a lowish score is because this wonderful Dr has now had to leave this practice to practice elsewhere. I will be following her even tho her ethics wouldn't allow her to let me know where she is going, i think her name will be enough.

GREAT SERVICE DURING THE WEEK BUT WEEKENDS IS JUST A JOKE.IT WAS GREAT WHEN IT FIRST OPENED BUT WENT TO WATER AND COULD NOT HANDLE THE FLOW. ON 2 WEEKENDS WHEN A MEMBER OF MY FAMILY NEEDED A DOCTOR WE WASTED ONE AND HALF HOURS TRYING TO GET TO TALK TO SOMEBODY AT THE CLINIC. IT ADVERTISES THAT IT IS OPEN SUNDAYS 10 TO 3. WE TRIED FROM 10 TO 11.45 AND GAVE UP. WE HAVE MOVED ALL OUR MEDICAL NEEDS TO DORA CREEK MEDICAL SERVICES AND NOW WE GET GREAT SERVICE AT ANY TIME OF THE WEEK INCLUDING WEEKENDS

Having to sit on hold on the phone for at least 30minutes each time I want to see a doctor is NOT okay!

Been visiting here for 5 years now I can speak highly of the staff and Doctors there , always professional .

I have been going here since the beginning of 2016, when we moved from Sydney. These docs are far more helpful than the ones I saw in Sydney.

We have been using the Waratah Medical services in Kanwal since we came back to NSW in early 2009, During those years my husband has had a few medical problems and I can't speak highly enough of the services received. The pro-active approach of the doctors who we have had dealings with has been great and the reception staff are the best that I've come across in a long time. I have no hesitation in recommending the practice.
