Staff have always been pleasant. Especially Vanessa ~ If you’re prepared to wait it’s worth it.
In saying that my wait times in the past have been between 4 minutes on a good day up to 2.5hrs on a bad day. You are always given the option to pop out and return later.
If every patient is ONLY 10mins late for their appointment....then their GP will already be an hour behind by lunchtime. It works both ways
