0 stars!! I hate that I have to give this place 1 star to post a review. I read the bad reviews about the reception, but went during the day, so thought it wouldn't be as bad. I WAS WRONG.
I waited for 3 hrs for a 2 min appointment to get a prescription repeated.
My name was called and I went into the doctors room (who was great) and I glanced at my paperwork, and it wasn't me! I had given the reception staff my name, medicare card and address 3 hrs before. This slip had a completely different person on it with a different spelling of my name. This is a huge privacy and confidentiality issue. In addition if I hadn't of picked it up the information accessed about me by the doctor would of been completely incorrect and could of posed a great danger to my health

DO NOT GO HERE. I hate to think of the public funding this place is wasting

I was not happy with the dentist I saw. She had swollen gums after treatment. But the receptionist (indian ) nikki she was so good. very good customer. I really appreciate for her help. And the dentist I saw this time Kevin is also very good. good with kids. I would really recomment this place.

Generally I have seen my chosen doctor within an hour and accept this wait when being bulk-billed and with no appointment. Winter ailments seem to make the wait much longer so I do think an extra couple of casual doctors should be employed for those times. Otherwise staff are friendly and mostly helpful and the waiting room a bright & pleasant place to settle with a book or just take a break.

Great nurses, very friendly and very professional. I've had to come here every day for the last 4 weeks to -redress a surgery wound and every day the nurses have been patient and friendly. As my condition was fairly general, I chose to see whichever doctor was available at the time, this allowed me to experience most of the doctors at this center. Most showed interest and asked questions.

Very clean and organised.

Wait time... four hours and five minutes!! Need to implement better systems, like RMS, where patients take a number, these are displayed and you can see how you are progressing in the queue. The order of patients was totally random and the number of times patients asked, "Where am I in the queue?" was ridiculous. Doctor was OK, but I received so much better advice from the Pharmacist downstairs. My hints: avoid upstairs, see the lovely Pharmacist attendants - very knowledgeable and happy.

3 hours wait time, are you kidding me? Always have to wait forever here, 3 hours though is a new all time low record though. Well done!. Can't you people put on enough Doctors?

NEVER COME HERE. 4 HOUR WAIT. RUDE DOCTOR!
I was told the wait would be 1.5hrs when I arrived, turned out to be a long 4hr wait. No tissues, water station or magazines readily available. Not even a clock...
Many people seemed annoyed at the long wait and left (doesn't matter to the doctor they still get paid!)
When I finally saw DR LIWEI SHI, he was extremely rude and patronising. Told me I am not sick - been sick for well over a month, including bleeding from the nose and daily migraines (sorry for the details). Left within a minute of entering his office and will never be returning.

3 hours to get two injections and a blood test; it was busy so be it. However what is not acceptable is when I specifically ask for a TB vaccine because I need it as I'm becoming a nurse he trys to convince me other wise. I showed him it was part of the manditory requirements for pre placement and still wouldn't budge.

In the end he printed off the script for the injects without the TB one! He lyied to my face! I return to his office and ask for the paperwork and ONLY THEN did he sign it and give it to me. Not only is this rude it is dangerous and if I didn't realise the error I would of been delayed 6 months on my uni course for nursing.

I have never had such a foul experience with a doctor in my life!

Just trying to get through on the phone to this place is a nightmare. You have to wait to go through their ridiculously long options list before getting through to the medical centre (last option) and you can't just jump ahead, you have to listen through the list every time. Then when you finally get to the option you want you're on hold for 20 minutes at least. If it takes 20 minutes just to speak with someone I'm not going to bother to try for their doctor wait times. There are plenty of other medical centres in the area that ARE interested in my business.
