Beware! They won't admit when they ruin your clothes.

During check in, the man working in front thoroughly checked the shirt, asked several questions, and checked the cleaning label. He gave me confidence that they knew what they were doing. NOT!

I just wish they would have fessed up to the damage. When I picked up my clothes, he sent me on my way without saying a thing. He had a problem finding the shirt - now I know why. It wasn't until I was getting dressed that I noticed the problem. The shirt is no longer wearable and totally ruined.

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!

My hotel wanted $200 to wash a bag of my clothes so I brought it here instead! Fabulous experience. For a little over $20, my clothes were washed and delivered to my hotel within a few hours. They even had scent free detergent. Highly recommend this place!

Used them from the Marriott hotel. Great service and price. They cleaned my clothes after my airline wrecked my luggage.

Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. I've had two pieces of clothing ruined here in only three visits. The first was a pair of pants that had been pressed at such a high heat they were scorched. The second was a brushed silk top that was, again, pressed at a high heat. The owner lied to me to say that they never press silk, but I pointed out the crease marks on the hem indicating that the shirt had clearly been pressed. Needless to say I'm not using their services and I cannot recommend them. Avoid if you have anything you care about!
