Waterfall Cafe

When I think of coffee, when I think of food, when I think of service.... I think of the Waterfall Cafe.... perfect..!!

3 easy breakfast (Regular Breakie, Avocado & tomato on turkish toast and Omelettes) been served after 50 minutes and we are so disappointed about the food.

Beautiful surrounds, nice food average service, the biggest problem with this establishment is the fact that customers are required to sit out in the elements (wind, heat / cold) whilst tables are left vacant due to being reserved, even tho group that had previously used tables had departed and were not due back for at least an hour, considering the price of their food and beveridges are not cheap, in the time we had been served and finished our food the group that tables were reserved for had still not returned, this was not the first time we have had food at the Waterfall Cafe but it will be the last, standards to me appear to have dropped.

Terrible customer service: myself and my husband googled this place and it looked like it was in a gorgeous setting (it is). The food is good and basic options. My husband enjoyed the chicken schnitzel and I ordered a vegetable sandwich. Firstly they got my order wrong (a slightly different vegetable sandwich) and when I brought it back (it had loads of eggplant on it which I don't like and want listed on the menu) he refused to replace it. Then he told me it's understandable that there would be vegetables not listed and asked me if I was allergic to eggplant. I guess when you have there monopoly on a great view you can be a rude, non customer centric cafe and get away with it.....The wait staff were lovely and friendly and I'm sure it was an honest mistake there order was wrong. Putty about their boss.

Not a bad cafe located next to the gardens. Prices are a little higher than I'd like to pay, but food is otherwise ok.

A great place to go for coffee or a meal. Excellent location and beautiful views. Good parking too.

Service was great the garlic pepper mushrooms were impressive..!

I have just tried this cafe recently and I must say that the coffee here was the best I've tasted in a while!

Honestly, I can only speak for the Warm Bruschetta and the skim chai latte, because it's so ridiculously tasty, that I get the same thing every time haha.
My family are always happy with their food whenever we go though, so I'm assuming the rest is good too
Any they're lovely accommodating staff & great owners.

We visited today on our way to Somersby Falls. Incredible value for money. The childs meal was a good size and the sandwiches were packed full and came with a side salad. I had the warm pumpkin salad which was delicious and my husband had the Moroccan chicken, he said it was the best meal he had had in a long time.
