Absolutely disappointing to be honest, I'm a single dad and felt bad exposing my daughter to such unclean rooms, and I urine on the back of the bathroom door broken shower that burnt her a very young Asian man constantly "Watching the camera's" telling me I'm not allowed to use the smoking area after 10 and not allowed to talk...
Constantly knocking on our door and yelling rules at myself and an 11yo, I paid over 600$ feel like I'm at school camp... We totally ruined our holiday....

shocking nothing like in the pictures. dirty a shop front no internet unless you specifically asked no phones in room. what a shocker should be pulled down

I reckon it was a 2 star motel, standard rooms, bathroom & toilets need upgrading, showers barely had any hot water, showered in cold water for the long weekend i was there, safety was fine, food at pubs around this motel was standard, what i liked about this motel was the bbq area & the fact that its just a stroll to the dock & water, ohh theres no room service either i think you have to ask for it.

Has a lovely name, it is across from the water, does have a nice restaurant, however upon entering office, staff were not so enthusiastic, price, I guess is because it's close to the water, a little over priced for the shock I got, when entering our room. When making a booking, was not told of how many floors their are, if you can manage steps, not a problem. If your unable to take the stairs I suggest asking for a ground floor room. There were even steps in the room. The first one upon entering the room, down one step, no warning notice to watch your step. The motel is quite old, rooms need upgrading, desperately, everything in room from kettle to microwave oven, quite old. Only place to fill kettle was with the shower recess, as kettle did not fit under tap to fill in bathroom sink. Very small room, small bathroom. 1 Step up to enter bathroom, then platform and another step down to enter bedroom /dining/old kitchen table with kettle on it. The little fridge had microwave on top of that. Room didn't even have a toaster. The ironing board was a disgrace. Not to mention the iron. If your just looking for a bed and shower for the night, it's okay. Otherwise, I would not recommend this motel to anyone.
