Waterview Gosford Motor Inn

Water pressure is poor. Air con doesnt work correctly and the road noise is noticeable. But its cheap.

Our air con didnt work very well in our room. This was compaired to another room we visited where our family was staying

Parking spaces were a little small but the facilities were great, large tv was good to hook up my laptop to and staff were really friendly.

Neve go there...the owner is a horrible person...zero costumer service and a horrible treatment to its employees. He has the most horrible manners I have ever seen. And threatens all the time with the police. Thankfully internet has brought us to a time where we can review all this for other people to know and have better information of a place. DO NOT GO!!

Eve is a credit to the complex. Professionalism personified with exemplary people skills. Rooms are very clean neat and tidy . A relaxing complex to retire at the end of a busy day or week.

Clean tidy rooms are a good size .... price is higher but who can really stand those dog kennels the ibis call rooms

I can not explain how awful and rude the front staff Brad was... I had a booking and arrived late from a long haul flight and a second night was ear marked. No way was I goningto stay a 2nd night. Awoke to a male staff member screaming at cleaning ladies early morning and after going to complain Brad said it was my fault for not arranging 2nd night and notes in the booking were nnot specific enough for him - WTF. It was 1015am and he then threaten police if I didnt vacate as it is a strict 10am checkout .... DO NOT STAY HERE. I feel sorry forthe cleaning staff having to put up with this egomaniac who has zero customer service.

Honestly had an awful, awful experience here. Firstly, we were placed next to really rowdy and loud people who were having domestics all through the night and kept us up until late despite being there for a university placement which we had to get up very early for. As two young girls there alone, we felt as though we had to eat in our rooms/couldn't leave our rooms at night because we didn't feel safe.
We went back to check in to our third week staying at the motel, and were told that our booking had been removed as our neighbours last week were arrested for dealing drugs, and they had left their room trashed. Apparently they could not prove that we were not involved, which is absolute rubbish as we had been staying there two weeks and always left it clean and not had any troubles. The manager was exceptionally rude and refused to speak to us, and only went through a very stressed out receptionist. She would not speak to me even when I asked numerous times.
I can't stress enough how awful this motel is, and how little the manager cares about her guests. I would never stay here again, and I strongly encourage you to do the same. I would give zero stars if this review would allow me.

Didn't enjoy my stay here. Showers were mouldy and rooms very small and dark. Cleaners often did not clean room and would leave sheets half done and bathroom not cleaned.

Loud and rowdy clientele that were drinking outside room until late at night. As a young female staying alone I felt like I had to stay in my room for dinner etc despite there being a pool, BBQ, kitchen.
