Slow/bad internet. They recently downgraded their WIFI and it is now 5x slower with capped downloads. Great staff and book selection.

It's a great library, with study areas and good books, but I would of rated it five stars if there wasn't so much noise. But I guess you can't blame little kids. They don't know how to be quiet😛

interior designing could be decorating nicer + hours on the weekend could be extended

Great library, friendly helpful staff. Well located, not far from the train station, buses on Oxford St, and a little further away, Bronte Rd. Always a bit of a buzz in the air in the lead up to the HSC, but seldom anything over the top. Good wi-fi also, I've not had a problem with it. My only gripe would be the acoustics. Sound from downstairs all too loud & clear in the upstairs study room (which is meant to be quiet right, being a library?). I realsise the design is to allow some natural light into downstairs areas, but my, it can get noisy!
