Good management and service although the clean is never 100% unfortunately and always have minor things that remain unclean.

Honestly not that great, missed the usual spots between the side mirrors and the car. Around the number plate. Few spots on the roof and far from a good job with the chamois. Will try somewhere else next time.

I had heaps of scratches on my wife's car as a result of shopping carts at coles etc .Wax car wash did a fantastic job of buffing the scratches out and the car looks like it just came off the assembly line .I will definately be back

I have taken my car to this place twice. First time, massive scratch across the hood. I went back again today after several months as I needed some polishing and waxing. Paid $95, I watched them throughout the whole process: they only hand waxed the hood and the roof. To my surprise, when the wax dried, the car was covered in swirls, scuff marks and more scratches. AWFUL. It's my fault for bringing my car here again. Avoid this place. Not worth the price, will ruin your car.

Go for the basic as paying extra for the additionals doesn't lead to a good job. Paid extra and still managed to find spots that were missed on the interior during cleaning. For $100 I expected a better clean.

Forced to use this car wash as my regular in Alexandria closed. Work overall is shoddy cannot believe how bad the first time was so I went back one more time to see it wasn't bad luck.
I used to pay $15 wash & dry for SUV and decent job, these guys charge $35 for wash only and both times abysmal results

A bit pricey for the service but you do get free coffee and they are quick to thoroughly clean your.

What a waste of money !!!! Didn't do what they said they'd do and was a crap job.
Don't bother paying anymore than the standard $35 coz it makes no difference to the crappy job they'll do
