Andrew is a very respected member of our industry body Chartered Accountants Australia New Zealand. He and his team are regular attendees at professional updates. As a former regional chair of CAANZ I found Andrew had a loyal client following who always talked about him favourablely.

After 3 years of sticking with Andrew Webb Accounting we became increasingly unhappy with the level of service we were receiving. Andrew decided to terminate his services with us after we told him we were shopping around for a new accountant. He made this decision after our second complaint to him in 3 years that we felt we weren’t getting our money’s worth and that his lack of replying to our communication was concerning. Now we have found an accounting firm in Wollongong that is charging almost a third of what Andrew was for the same work and replies/calls us back within 24hours. I guess we are the fools for not shopping around in the first place. Nice work during our last phone call by reverting to calling me a F**kwitt too Andrew. Shows the levels of professionalism and how low you’re prepared to drop to. Andrew would t hear me out that his staff didn’t carry out work that they told me they did until I offered proof, but still no apology. Apparently I’m pathetic and a keyboard warrior for reviewing his business of which I approached you to rectify the issues on numerous occasions and you chose to do nothing, well this is the final result of doing just that, maybe a learning experience for you Andrew? So must the other people that have reviewed your business with just first names also be pathetic and whatever else you decided to call me? You business is only as good as how you deal with issues Andrew, you have done poorly with this one. Maybe swallow some pride and admit some fault instead of constantly writing replies and abusive emails to me and then when I call you to try and sort it out you keep trying to get me to remove my review! Not going to happen. Poor form on how you’ve dealt with this from start to finish.

Explained (in plain english) concepts very new to me as a brand new small business owner. Did not make me feel stupid for not knowing the basic, and also showed me tools to make things easier and more financially beneficial for both myself and my company.

So glad I decided to ask Andrew Webb Accounting to look over my tax affairs! Andrew was very professional and showed ways to make running a home business more viable from a tax perspective.
