Try to book an inspection today. A guy picked up the phone , he can’t hear me clearly, then he became very impatient and blamed I have an accent problem, blah blah blah....that’s very rude, very offensive and very unprofessional . I am not sure how good their carpet is , but I am not happy with this attitude at all!!!!!

A very satisfactory experience. Matthew in the showroom (he is one of the Webber family) knew his stuff and patiently took me through all the mysteries of the carpet world. You wouldn't believe how many different types there are etc.! Gave me 3 samples to take home to see how they looked in situ. I rang a few days later to tell him which one I wanted. They sent a man to measure who arrived as expected and did a very professional job. Webbers rang the next day with their quote and sent it to me by email. I accepted, we agreed on a date, I was told the installers would arrive mid-morning which they did. Two men ( subcontractors I assume) named Troy and Raj I think. They knew what to do and did it, very efficiently, and cleaned up after. The result is 100% satisfactory and I would recommend Webbers to anyone. Not the cheapest perhaps, but very professional and well worth any extra cost in my opinion.

An error was made when our carpet was laid. There was no shifting of blame or reliance on contract fine-print. The integrity and professionalism of staff, particularly Michael, was refreshing. Within days the error had been corrected. It’s easy to provide good service when things go smoothly but much harder when things go wrong. I would highly recommend Webbers Carpet Annandale

Stay clear of this company. They have a good range of carpets and the people in the warehouse seem friendly, but the fitters they use are terrible. We paid extra for them to move bulky items. They were asked to be careful of a wooden item that was irreplaceable and has high sentimental value. However, they moved all of the furniture onto the narrow balconies (with small doors) to save time. In doing so, they scraped the item (which is fairly large) against the bricks at the doorway leaving a long groove and paint along it.

While we were out, they decided to cut the carpet on our living room floor, so moved items to clear enough space and knocked over a lamp, breaking the bulb and left the broken glass on the floor (we have young children). They damaged another lamp shade.

I sent photos of the damage to the office and called and left a message to complain. Rather than the office calling me back, I got an angry call from one of the fitters arguing that he didn't do any of the damage. The office later arranged to came out to look at the damage and agreed that it wasn't good but said that it was my word against the fitters! I even showed him the bricks where the item must have scraped against (paint missing) and the colour of the bricks paint exactly matches the colour left on the wood. I wasn't after compensation, I just wanted the company to take my complaint seriously and the damage repaired (as best it can be!)

There are sections of carpet that sound like they have sticky tape underneath and make a sticky sound as you walk over them. They didn't tidy up - they moved a bike from the balcony into our bathroom and left it there, left the bed slats etc on the balcony and carpet scraps and cuttings all over the house.

I’ve just finished renovating my house - and while I have many horror stories - the hardest time I had was sourcing someone to do my carpets. I had 2 guys come out and quote my job and while they seemed ok…I simply didn’t trust them (especially the one who started badmouthing the opposition).
Anyway I popped in to Webbers to get a 3rd opinion on my job and was lucky enough to run into Michael in their showroom. He wasn’t pushy…explained the different carpets and costs clearly and simply and advised me on a discount end of run/line/stock (whatever it’s called) carpet that looks great and saved me a lot of money.
For me, the best part was the service after I’d paid…I firstly had upstairs in my house done and I needed the job finished asap to accommodate a party I was hosting - no problem.
I then decided to do downstairs as upstairs looked so good…again a 3 day turnaround from order to install and Michael and the team delivered.
From my experience the Webber’s team run a good show…sales, install, follow up - all top shelf.
Thanks guys..I couldn’t be happier (and if my cat stops using my new carpets as a huge scratching post - I’ll stay that way!)

Webbers Carpet Warehouse is just great. Service is impeccable and their suggestions are true to what they recommend. I bought the Cavalier Bremworth Habitat Collection - Inscape (Colour Dove) through Matthew on his recommendation and I LOVE IT. They came and measured, and laid the carpet on time, perfectly ....

They also did my vinyl flooring in the kitchen. Adam levelled the floors as I wanted them to be same height. He raisied the height of the kitchen floor to match the carpet ... and raised the height of the doorways to my new tiles bathroom, ensuite and laundry for the carpet to match the tiles.

An amazing job. I love my floors and everyone to comes comments how good they look and feel.

I used their own foam underlay.

Bad customer relationships.
I would never recommend this company to anyone.
They don't provide a proper contract, only a quote - ensure a contract is written so you have something to fall back on if things go wrong.
Not reliable with information they provide or meeting targets.
They use subcontractors and give them responsibility for job, instead of taking the responsibility upon themselves.
Read quotes very carefully so you are not misled.
Carpet quality supplied excellent.
