Our collection of Glenmorangie whiskys is 16 bottles strong! The 12-year Lasanta and the 18-year expressions have never received less than a silver medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competitions. Over the last five years, Glenmorangie has ...won more "Gold Best in Class" awards than any other single malt Scotch whisky from the International Wine and Spirits Competition. In 2012, the IWSC awarded The Glenmorangie Company the title Distiller of the Year. The Quarter Century expression won Best Highland Single Malt at the 2013 World Whisky Awards.

Have you tried Grand Ridge Brewery's beers before? We love them. If you aren't familiar with their range, we have two of their beers on tap, The WHOA (Wet Hopped Oatmeal Ale) and FORGIVENESS (Cinnamon Red Ale). Come in and try them out!
The WHOA is a highly sessionable Golden Ale fresh from the harvest of Grand Ridge's home grown hops. It has an enticing aroma of freshly cut grass and stone fruits, which excite the senses while golden toasted oats deliver a smooth and well ro...unded flavour. The resins from the wet hop perfectly balance the palate resulting in a clean crisp finish. Winner of 2 medals in its first showing in 2011 for both bottled and draught products and again in 2012.

Our next dinner, as part of our Websters Whisky Series, will be a Boilermaker event featuring five whiskys from the Glenmorangie Distillery (Scotland Highlands) & five beers from the Modus Operandi Brewery, (Mona Vale, Sydney) and a paired three course dinner. Tickets for the dinner are $49pp, are non-refundable & must be pre-paid. The event is set for Wednesday, 1st of August at 7pm.
Our host, Garth Foster - the Spirits Ambassador for Moët Hennessy, will be taking us on a g...uided tour through the history of the Glenmorangie Distillery and its unique distillation process, and will be tasting five whiskys from their extensive range, of which four are limited and rare releases.

Modus Operandi picked up five gold medals for three of their core range beers at the prestigious AIBA's - Australian International Beer Awards, the largest annual beer comp in the business. They continue to grow and thrive locally and internationally, setting trends and benchmarks for a bustling collection of new Australian craft breweries, and those abroad.
