Wedding Dress Dry Cleaning

I got my dress back and found the skirt part of fabric has been damaged. I messaged them and said i got this much quote on repair and i think it is fair for them to contribute the repairs.

I was waiting for a week, contacted them again and now my mobile number is blocked and no reponses. No apologies and explains.

I already said I dont expect all the floor dust on the bottom part of the dress would be removed. Thats fine but if you cant handle fabric like silk, you shouldve said no at the fi st place.

My family has been running silk export/import busines for a long time and i exactly know what happens to silk when when it has damaged.

Im so regret to get this place to get dry cleaning done. I paid $400 for this. So upset.

Karim Was very helpful. I know him for along time. I gave my wifes wedding dress for dry clean and cant ask for more. Suprsied to see the dress well cleaned and boxed. Good work mate ......
