Even though I lost my weight following a VLCD program, I always gained my weight back every single time. The hardest challenge of any diet is keeping the weight off. I always yo-yo dieted. The only difference this time was that I took the weight off and I changed my life style and my relationship with food.
... For those who know me well my greatest Love has always been FOOD. I love eating more than you can imagine. All I do now is eat, but I eat the right things.
I create healthy recipes with my kits everyday and they help me stay focused.
