We are a raw food manufacturer and wholesaler in Waterloo, Sydney. We focus on desserts and create cakes, protein balls, energy bars and treats that are Unbelievably Unnaughty. No refined sugar, gluten or dairy.

WellnessByTess was created in 2012 after Tess herself had battled with food sensitivities and autoimmune diseases for a few years. She had seen the need for more healthy options available in cafe's. Eventually, she took the plunge from her corporate job in finance to pursue her passion in rawfood baking. The rest is history and she has never looked back. We believe that everyone should be able to enjoy cake!

We use heaps of crunchy, chewy, smooth, melty, delicious and nutritious natural ingredients, combined by hand, without baking, so that you get all of the good stuff and feel good too.
