They don't even deserve a star! Very bad experience, I feel like they forcefully want to sell cars. They make different deals just to convince you to buy any car - push you by saying "this deal won't be available soon". Verbally I was told a different story and when I signed the contract I called next day about the option that was given to me, totally denied by saying that we can't do nothing now you already signed the contract. Total Rip off... Be very careful - unethical and unprofessional service. I will pass this on to everyone I know, I will make sure none of my friends and family get ripped off like that! Shame!

Excellent experience! Very professional and never felt pressured by sales or finance team. Answered all our questions. Only there for a couple of hours and we bought the car.

Great sales experience, even on a Sunday late afternoon. Went to look at the CX5, warmly greeted by Sharbel who was very patient, honest and not pressuring at all. The Accessories and Finance staff members were friendly and efficient, all questions answered and happy with the deal. Delivery department was quick to coordinate. They are a professional team (and I have dealt with many in the past!).

Got recommended here on the advice of a few friends who'd gotten a good deal but cannot reccomend my experience. They were rude and very pushy, and also seemed to deliberately waste time in discussion. would not recommend if you are a single female looking to purchase as they are very aggressive, pushy and unhelpful. My experience was so poor that at the end of the conversation I felt I'd rather pay more at another dealer than give money to this business. Shop around as there are much nicer dealers that have a more pleasant transaction experience, especially as a female, or if you are a professional with no interest in wasting time.

Two issues eventually dealt with very well. Have had a happy experience over two cars generally (purchased at WE Blacktown)The senior staff clearly are pushing a customer service / our reputation matters agenda. However two the staff on the desk in the service department / the ones who answer the phones clearly aren't. The "phone system " also hung up on my wife and I on three occasions. (fix the system?)
Mazda wore a failed turbo which failed shortly after the warranty ending and a brake system issue was also resolved no cost. Once I could get to a senior staff member in service everything happened smoothly , efficiently and in a friendly manner. The two front line staff I dealt with were unpleasant, brusque and on one occasion changed my booking without my knowledge so I turned up to be told I had no choice but to come back on another day. Frontline staff are their lifeblood.
Other frontline staff I found to be the opposite, courteous, efficient and trying to be helpful.
That being said I find West End worth the trouble but they need to sort out a couple of staff. I'd tell you their names if they'd given them to me.
The Service Manager was outstanding as was the chief mechanic.

Went in the first time to look at the CX5 and no one bothered to acknowledge us. Everyone seemed too busy doing something but it wasn't with customers.

Ended up calling from home to see what options there were. They told us there was an ex demo to look at. We came down to look at it. No one came up to us again but we found it in the yard. It looked like a used car not an ex demo. It had popcorn and a drink bottle under the seat and dirt through the dash. Whilst walking out we were acknowledged and we asked what the price was and they quoted higher than standard price that is being advertised online for a new one.

I can see why they've have such a low rating.

Went to look explore new cx5. Waited, kept looking around but noone seemed to be interested. All staff are in their tables busy with stuff. Would have been great to be acknowledged.

I picked up my new Mazda 3 this week and the experience from start to finish was brilliant. Milad was the consummate professional at every step of the process. My wife and I test drove the two variants we were interested in and were provided with all necessary information and specs as we went. There was no sales pitch or pressure and we got to simply enjoy the experience. The before, during and after process at West End Mazda North Parramatta is smooth, refined and generates great confidence in both the Mazda brand and this centre. Communication was clear and ongoing and my wife and I both felt in the know all the time.
