Deal with extreme care. They will keep your vehicle for a week and when you go to pick it up, find out they haven't done the job. Then when they do get around to it they fitted second hand electrical parts (computer) instead of the new one paid for. Instant faults where dishonestly claimed to be 'pre-existing'. When that second hand part then damages other functions of the vehicle, they will then try and charge you $1000's for those replacements. When that doesn't work (and after they were caught fitting 2nd hand parts) and having the vehicle for nearly 2 months (no I am NOT kidding) they return it in a worse condition than when they got it (broke down within 7km and never reaching 60kph) AND with an altered odometer. DON'T get me started about CHRYSLER!! 10 months later my vehicle is STILL not fixed from this stuff up.
So good to deal with professionals who know what they're doing. Excellent service fixing my Mercedes ML500 and staff were very pleasant and considerate. A lovely customer waiting room with raisin toast and coffee supplied while you wait. Very pleased with the repair cost charged. This place has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced, from recommending unnecessary work to be done and making it sound extremely important to over quoting of repairs and misdiagnosis of issues with my car. If minus stars were an option they would get -5. Will never go there for anything again. Please for your own sake avoid.
As a Mercedes-Benz enthusiast this business is a poor representative of a great marque. Their spare parts department botched a defective item return and could not empathise with my concern. You've lost my business. I recommend 'MB Spares' in Canberra a suitable source for anyone seeking genuine/OEM parts and excellent service.
